The management section allows you to maintain your project and apply global settings or commands. You can also archive the project or delete it permanently.
Deactivating a Project
The number of active projects may be limited in your account. Deactivating a project is a good way to stay within your limits,
since they do not count against your project allowance. Click the
"Deactivate Project" button to deactivate the current project. A confirmation dialog will be presented. Once deactivated, the project becomes read-only and team members will no longer be able to access it. As a safety precaution, a project
must be deactivated in order to delete it permanently. Deleting a ProjectYou can delete an inactive project by clicking the Delete Project button. The project will be gone permanently after this is done and cannot be recovered. Be careful! For this reason, we made it so that the only way to delete a project is by first deactivating the project. Once deleted, the project no longer counts towards your usage. Exporting ActionsYou can export actions to CSV. Click the Export Actions button to do this. A CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your machine. Copying a ProjectYou can copy the current project to a new project. All Milestones, Groups, Team Members, and Locked Actions will be copied to the new project. This is useful if your projects follow the same pattern each time. You can create a template project and then copy this project each time you start your real world project. Archiving Closed ActionsYou can archive closed actions. This marks any closed action in the project as archived and removes them from any display. Currently, there is no way to see archived actions, but we will be adding this soon. |
